honestly, one and a half hours to go from studio city to marina del rey at 3pm?!?!?! the worst part is i (mistakenly) thought i'd be beating the traffic by a little bit. that was part of my plan. now, i know it's a holiday weekend and all that crap, but COME ON! it's only 20 miles!!! and no traffic report told me how bad the 405 really was. and once i got off the 405, this freaking city can't synchronize ANY stoplights. how f'ing hard can it be to synchronize stoplights so that all the cars don't have to stop their 10 mph creep every fifteen feet for the next light?!?! how soon until the 'subway to the sea' is done?
btw, can you believe the controversial, previously unexplored ground i'm covering here? i mean, who has EVER mentioned LA traffic in a blog before? wait, why am i busting my own balls here?
